GHA Guidelines for International Representative Partners. Updated June 5th, 2025
The purpose of these guidelines is to provide clear support on how GHA’s international representative partners may describe their affiliation, promote our services, and represent the growth of the GHA and partnership brands within their assigned regions. The goal is to maintain brand integrity, avoid misrepresentation, and foster collaborative, transparent partnerships for sustainable growth and success.
Approved Titles
International representative partners may use one of the following approved titles, adapted to reflect their country or region of representation:
• Managing Director, [Country] – Global Healthcare Accreditation
• Representative Partner, [Country] – Global Healthcare Accreditation
• Country Lead, [Country] – Global Healthcare Accreditation
• Regional Advisor – Global Healthcare Accreditation (for broader territories)
• Patient Experience Head, [Country] – Global Healthcare Accreditation
Each title must specify the country or region to ensure clarity and distinguish from GHA’s global office leadership roles.
Prohibited or Restricted Titles
To ensure accurate representation, the following titles should not be used unless explicitly authorized by GHA:
• Titles suggesting global authority or executive-level status within GHA, such as:
• “Global Director”
• “Vice President” or “President”
• “Head of Global Operations”
• “Chief.....”
• Use of “Global Healthcare Accreditation” without specifying the region or country.
Note: Team members of the authorized representative partners are not permitted to assign themselves GHA-related titles without prior written approval.

Permitted Activities
• Represent GHA’s programs, services, and initiatives within their designated region.
• Use GHA’s approved promotional materials, brochures, and presentations, or approved adaptations thereof.
• Promote their role on professional platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) using an approved title.
• Participate in speaking engagements or events using the GHA Titles and Brand with GHA prior approval.
• Include their official GHA title and regional affiliation in business cards, email signatures, and bios.
• Schedule and attend in-person or virtual meetings on behalf of GHA aligned with the partnerships strategy.
Restricted Activities
• Create new titles, materials, or branding without GHA review and approval.
• Issue press releases, public statements, or media interviews representing GHA without prior authorization.
• Entering contracts on behalf of GHA without written consent. .
• Claiming corporate-level authority within GHA.
Use of Logo and Intellectual Property
The GHA logo may be used according to brand guidelines (see Brand Guidelines Document) and only for approved activities. Course content, templates, and certification documents remain the intellectual property of GHA and must not be altered or redistributed outside of approved uses. Locally developed materials must be reviewed by GHA prior to publication. Please also reference IP respect and protection outlined in the partnership agreement.
Oversight and Coordination
GHA’s headquarters team must be copied on all major communications involving:
• Potential client agreements
• Media or public relations outreach
• Speaking engagements
• Government or institutional collaborations
To ensure a consistent and professional online presence for the GHA brand, international representative partners are asked to follow the guidelines below when sharing content across social media or digital platforms.
Approved Platforms
Partners are welcome to share GHA-related content on the following platforms:
• LinkedIn (preferred)
• Twitter/X
• YouTube or other regionally relevant platforms (please inform GHA in advance)
Suggested Content for Sharing
Representatives may post the following types of content:
• Announcements of GHA training sessions, certifications, or webinars (using approved visuals)
• Photos or highlights from events where GHA programs were featured or discussed (professional and on-brand)
• Approved press releases or articles showcasing their activities as GHA representatives
• Testimonials (with written permission from clients or participants)
• Reposts or shares of official GHA content from its global channels
Content Guidelines
To maintain clarity and alignment with GHA’s brand values, please note the following:
• Posts should indicate that the representative is acting within their designated region (e.g., “GHA in India,” or “representing GHA in Saudi Arabia”).
• Each post should include the representative’s official GHA title, as noted in Section 2 of these guidelines.
• Use of the hashtag #GlobalHealthcareAccreditation and tagging GHA’s official LinkedIn (or other relevant channels) is encouraged for greater visibility and consistency.
• All images should be professional, clear, and aligned with GHA’s brand tone (no low-res, unprofessional photos)
Content to Avoid
In order to protect the integrity of the GHA brand, representatives are kindly asked to refrain from posting:
• Content that suggests global leadership, authority to make corporate decisions, or to approve accreditations
• Promotional posts using unapproved visuals, modified GHA logos, or altered program descriptions
• Announcements related to prospective clients or agreements that have not yet been finalized with GHA
• Political, religious, or unrelated content using the GHA name or branding
Content Review & Feedback
Representatives are welcome to share promotional campaigns or first-time post templates with GHA for feedback prior to publishing.
In the event that content is found to be inconsistent with brand messaging or professional standards, GHA may request edits or removal to ensure alignment.
