GHA is pleased to announce the launching of a remote (virtual) survey process for organizations wishing to choose this option due to the current travel restrictions and social distancing guidelines. The remote accreditation survey has the same components as an onsite survey, including virtual interviews and meetings, document and data review and facility process tracers using robust and secure video technology and data-sharing platforms. The remote accreditation process has been developed to facilitate seamless communication, observation, and data sharing to maximize surveyor-client interactions and ultimately provide organizations with a comparable level of value as would be provided in an onsite survey.
